Sarkov sets the group on a journey to Idaho in search of the nanobots he needs to disperse his medicine. Burke and Finch work together to outsmart Dr. Crain.

Doctor Burke is having a conversation with Crain. She tells him “it's not me sabotaging my own research by working with a physical representation of my subconscious. 

She is aware of what Sarkov has achieved and she is curious about how he achieved on getting the cure and if she can have a sample from Alex.

Alex Sarkov healed the first monster with restorative stem cells. At that time, his name was “Dr. Nathaniel Lang”. Back then, he attempts to take Dr. Burke’s scientific work. No one knows why Alex treated him, but it worked.
