Preparing for his first date with Parker, Marco dresses up and visits Parker's apartment, only to discover that Parker's idea of a date is chilling with a few Manhattans before jumping into bed. Disconcerted, Marco invents a make-up mishap and promptly leaves.

At the office the following day, Mykynnleigh searches for Madolyn, who's been absent for a week, intending to discuss the company's financial crisis. Chad tries to persuade Mykynnleigh to continue investing in the Vendemiaire deal. Chad falsely claims that Madolyn is secretly working on a potentially game-changing idea. Mykynnleigh, however, insists on talking directly with Madolyn, leading Marco to hatch a plan involving Ben impersonating Madolyn.

Meanwhile, the team struggles to figure out how to assist Madolyn, who is under extreme stress at home, unsure how to rescue her company from its precarious state. At the office, tensions rise as Marco suggests a visit to Madolyn, leading to a disagreement with Chad. Venetia cautions Marco about picking battles, especially when dealing with the boss's son.

Later, Marco unexpectedly runs into his mother during a coffee run. Though she proposes lunch, Marco declines, suspecting her reasons for being in town aren't just about meeting a client.

Amidst the office chaos, Marco voices his disappointment to Venetia about Parker's sexual motivations, ignoring Parker's clear communication of his intentions. Marco, being new to dating, misunderstands the unwritten rules, prompting Venetia to encourage him to rectify the situation if he's truly interested in Parker.

Mykynnleigh visits and recognizes Venetia's potential, offering to arrange a meeting with Revlon, which Venetia declines. Meanwhile, the reality of the company's situation is sinking in, causing Venetia to contemplate their rescue strategy.

Chad decides to check on his mother, under the impression she's developing a promising idea to salvage their situation. However, he finds that Madolyn is oblivious to the severity of the crisis. Despite the looming deadline and high stakes, Madolyn asks Chad to trust her.

Elsewhere, Marco confronts Parker at the gym to apologize for his abrupt exit from their date. Parker sees through Marco's denial of fear and asks him to be genuine and call him when he's ready.

In the meantime, Venetia and Britt discover each other's profiles on a dating app and match. With Venetia revealing that she's bisexual, Britt sees an opportunity.

Back at the office, Chad takes charge and initiates brainstorming sessions to come up with new ideas to help Madolyn. Marco's suggestion of a Pride campaign is initially rejected because luxury brands don't typically participate in such events, but Venetia asks Chad to reconsider as Marco's idea has merit.

Despite Venetia's advice, Marco insists on visiting Madolyn to propose his idea. In contrast, Venetia contemplates accepting Mykynnleigh's offer for a meeting with Revlon, believing Madolyn has given up and that she should focus on her own future.

Following his encounter with Madolyn, Marco and Ben spot each other on Grindr and agree not to block each other. Meanwhile, Venetia and Britt chat about their impending date.

After a heartening chat with Teddy about seeking help when needed, Madolyn returns to the office and requests everyone's assistance to salvage the company. She considers Marco's idea of a Pride campaign, leading the team to rush preparations for the imminent return of Mykynnleigh. Venetia cancels her meeting with Revlon and Mykynnleigh, deciding to stay loyal to Madolyn.

Post-meeting, Marco and Chad reconcile their differences. Marco receives his paycheck and decides to help his mother and pursue Parker. Marco approaches Parker again, admitting his fears but expressing readiness to explore their relationship further.

As the episode unfolds, both Parker and Ben are painted in a positive light. While Marco is free to pursue whom he wishes, it's somewhat melancholic to see Ben relegated to the friend zone, possibly regretting his missed timing.

The Pride campaign's outcome will be exciting to watch. Being a drama series, some complications are expected!
