When Luna Nera's third episode begins, Cesaria is on her way back to Serra with the book, intending to offer it to her father and the priest. After seeing the conversation, Pietro confronts his sister about her actions once more. She responds by asserting that Ade is a witch and bites back.

The witches assemble in the ancient abode around Antalya's body to bid her farewell. Valente asks them who the woman is when he awakens. Ade then admits that she is their mother and pulls him away.

The following day, Ade and Pietro cross paths by the fountain once more and agree to never hide secrets from one another. Ade informs Persepolis of her predicament in the evening, and Persepolis informs Ade that Spirito is considering joining the Benindanti.

The following day, Pietro shows up at their regular meeting spot with a solution to their predicament; he proposes to Ade, hoping that this will convince his family to stop harassing her. This complicates things for Ade.

She is shocked by his inquiry and asks for a day to consider her options. As she makes her way home, she hears the same women's voices before seeing a vision of her mother cautioning her against placing too much faith in others.

The voices prove to be too much for Ade that evening, and he passes out. Her gift is discovered by Janara and Tebe, who also discloses that the voices she is hearing are those of other witches who are in danger.

As a result, they gallop away on their horses to rescue the person who is closest to them. Leptis decides to use her non-magical skills and teach Valente how to use a bow and arrow out of frustration at being left behind.
