Jefferson’s case focuses on Conor, a real estate agent, who receives an award and disappears. Jefferson asks Beth to help him with research.

Harry talks to Ed, but Ed doesn’t confess. Mary contemplates a golf club.

Jefferson sends Beth to Glanville to Barney B’s mechanic’s stop. Barney gives her an envelope and tells her to relay to Jeff that “the subject is meant to make a Skype call the next day at 9 pm.”

Mary takes the golf club and a bottle of whiskey down to visit Janice. Janice asks Mary how she plans to get away with murdering her and offers Mary her password so the call to Janice’s sister can be canceled. She says that Mary can claim Janice went hiking but asks Mary to give her something. Janice tells Mary to think about it.
