Marah wants Ashley to be more fascinating. Tully compliments Marah. Marah invites Tully to the movies with Ashley. Marah convinces Tully. Tully says 10 pm.

Danny, a neighbor, surprises Tully. She gets pizza from Danny.

Johnny wants to date Kate now. After a terrible start, they try again. Kate replaced Johnny's hard mattress. Johnny wants honesty. Kate says she hates neck kisses. Johnny wants all her secrets.

Kate and Johnny exchange "hard truths" Kate worries Johnny will get lost at work, but she wants him to care. Johnny tells Kate he loves her when angry. Couple disputes "who failed more" This conversation calms and unites them.

Tully and Kate train in a 1970s burger shop. Lisa-Karen runs the store. The manager is upset they didn't notify her, but she works. Lisa-annoying. Karen's Pat, Tully's rapist, traumatizes him at the diner. Tully tells Kate she's mad she didn't do anything; she worries about her rapist's new girlfriend.
