Scottie Scheffler won the 2022 Masters on Sunday after a commanding win at Augusta National.
After hitting two consecutive drives close to but not on the 18th green, Scottie Scheffler rolled home the winning putt and carded the final, placing Scottie Scheffler three shots ahead of second-placed McIlroy.
Scheffler had great golf swings for four consecutive days in the exclusive Augusta golf club, refusing to fail his opponent as the leader.
In the end, Bill ended up winning the most prestigious golfing competition title, coming home with the green jacket and a $2.7 million prize.

In February, the American golfer won a PGA Tour tournament, having not won one in the previous three months. Out of a stalemate that persisted for five successive events, he was named golf’s world No. 1 in March.
With a substantial lead now and his 2022 Masters crown almost certainly in his hands, Scottie showed he was human, just like all of us, as he four-putted — missing two shots from close proximity.
Before making his journey out to the clubhouse, Scott and Meredith embraced each other, followed by him and his father, before Scott autographed his scorecard.
