Marcus Boykin is next on Reece’s list. On a Wyoming mountaintop, Reece uses his sniper skills to terminate Marcus from a distance. Reece retrieves Marcus’s phone, opens it using the facial recognition software, and downloads the data.
Liz and Reece fly to Mexico to visit Marco, an army buddy of Reece’s father. Marco is searching for the killer. Marco and Liz tell Reece they have located the killer when Ben shows up. They suggest Reece use his sniper skills, but Reece wants to face the killer. So, Ben, Marco, Liz, and Aaron, a member of the Mexican special forces, agree to go with Reece. Suddenly, Reece passes out due to his brain tumor. His friends offer to do the job for him, but he declines. Marco’s wife, Paola, is sympathetic but tells Reece he is endangering his friends and not to come back. Reece writes navajas (knife) on his list.
The group fights their way in and finds a group of children being held hostage. Aaron stays with the children. Reece reminds everyone the killer has an injured left arm. During the chase, Ben is shot in the leg but is okay.
Identifying him by his injured left arm, they catch the killer. Reece recognizes him as the US Navy man. Reece exacts his revenge by torturing the killer to death.
Tony Layun of the San Diego FBI office takes over the search for Reece. Tony finds Katie. Katie says she doesn’t know where Reece is, but if she finds out, she will let Tony know.
With Agnon’s death, Steve Horn tries to preserve his deals. Mike Tedesco tells Steve that he needs to secure the government contracts or he is fired. Steve calls the assistant Secretary of State, Henry, and tells him to keep the budget from being changed.
