The episode starts with Michelle telling and egging Card to go ahead and do it.
Conrad informs Michelle that he will do it after a walk, but his parents ask him to accompany them to the beach.
At the trial, Michelle is convicted of involuntary manslaughter!
We are then taken to a grown-up (what could have been Michelle’s life).
In this what-if scenario, she is a college student living her best life. We get to see what the show could have done to stop Conrad and the regret she has for her text messages.
Due to Conrad’s death, the state passed a new law called the “Conrad Law.”
In the ednin of the epsidoe we see that Michelle is takento prisn. We learn that she gets out early due to good behavior in the credit scenes.

This was a gripping and enthralling series that touched on an all too real scenario in today’s society.
