The fifth episode of The Girl from Plainville begins with the character Michelle texting Conrad. Michelle tries to send Conrad pictures of herself when she asks, but she backs out.
In the present, Joseph informs Michelle and her parents that he cannot get the case dismissed against her. Michelle desires to proceed with the trial anyway — hoping that the jury should have the chance to hear her love story.
The Girl from Plainville Episode 5 Recap

The Girl from Plainville Episode 5 Review
Michelle is widely believed to have had a romance with Susie. Everybody has a different idea about the girls’ romantic relationship.
Whatever the truth is, the mystery surrounding Susie’s role in Michelle’s underhanded intentions adds another layer of intrigue to the case.
For the most part, this episode doesn’t go very much deeper into the Michelle Conrad story or meaningfully shed more light on any significant characters. Instead, it drags and stagnates its faint plot.
Watch Or Not
There are only two more episodes of this series, and I’ll be honest; this episode seemed to drag on.
This is not to say the episode is not worth it. It is a watch; significantly, you have already invested so much time in the other episodes.
