In the previous episode, “Race Card,” viewers are shown a flashback in which the attorney representing Johnnie Cochran is pulled over by the cops while driving a nice car.
The officers let him go after he humiliates Cochran in front of his children. This gave viewers a perspective into the mind of Cochran and why he used the tactics, he did in the trial.
People vs. OJ Simpson Episode 6 Recap
In the sixth and (so far) best episode of The People vs. O.J. Simpson, case prosecutor Marcia Clark visits the grocery store. She has been newly wearing a hairstyle that has been mocked. Considering her public reception, Clark has been unsuccessful in changing her public profile.
The “People vs. O.J. Simpson” explores how race and gender can be used to pit people against each other.
The camera can be used to expose acts of police brutality, but it can also expose a woman to various forms of harassment. Hitting the wave of sudden notoriety can be a crucial source of energy, or it can cause turmoil. It depends on the individual who’s looking.
Watch Or Not
A brilliant episode that shows how “societal narratives” can dictate people’s perceptions.
Easily the best episode so far.
