Darlene blames Ruth for what happened due to her going behind her back; she told Wyatt that she doesn’t want them to go near each other.
At home, Wyatt inquires of Ruth whether the reason she remains keeps working with Marty; the individual is indecisive, torn between a desire to join his family and love for them.
Wendy visits Darlene in the hospital and asks her to let her son go or else she will give her another heart attack. Wendy exploits nasty words that are intended to damage her detractors.
Wendy, in episode 6, strengthens her plan against her son Jonah. She examines the computer but gets no results logging in, but manages to find notes on credit card numbers, so she takes a picture.
From then on, Jonah is agitated because his account has been flagged; Ruth advises him that he relies on his father for assistance. Marty makes contact with him and resolves the issue. Marty suspects this was the red flag from an outside party, but he informs Jonah that he needn’t worry because it is settled.
Sam subsequently reveals that Wendy came to the motel earlier, so Noah knows that his mother has flagged his account and placed him in jeopardy of ending up in prison.
