In his previous life, Mel was an enforcement officer for the authorities. This makes sense as to how Mel is an insightful investigator.
Clare Shaw is concerned about the raw materials she’s been given and now wants that they are raw, not cut. Wendy assures her that Javi will provide supplies once Omar eliminates his responsibilities.
They meet Ruth regarding a temporary supply, and therefore, the sample is sufficiently good. But meanwhile, Darlene is dealing primarily with Frank Jr., and the unfortunate part is that he’s holding Ruth hostage.

While Marty manages his drug abuse needs, Wendy meets with the Senator to discuss the recently leaked information about the FBI informant. The Senator explains that his grandson had created a complex system with multiple leaks, and the thief has not spoken up.
Wendy gives thanks to the Senator for his help in clearing the clouds hovering above his family and was the source of the file being delivered before walking off.
