The Call of the Chosen One is episode 5 of season 1 of the television series Obi-Wan Kenobi. It includes guest stars Terence Stamp as Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas, Don Henderson as Rune Haako, General Tan Divo, and Sir Christopher Lee as Count Dooku.
In this episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Obi-Wan begins his quest to find the Sith Lord responsible for the creation of Anakin Skywalker.
Start of Arc
After a powerful Jedi turned to evil and ended up destroying his own home planet, Jedi began living in hiding across the galaxy. These surviving Jedi became more aggressive towards other civilizations, at times taking drastic action against them when they felt it was necessary.
In Season 1 of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Obi-Wan is depicted as having given up on life and put himself into a meditative hibernation while traveling through space until he was found by Qui-Gon Jinn. However, once these two meet face to face they realize that there’s an enemy out there who will stop at nothing until all remaining force users have been destroyed.
Turning Point
In Episode 5 of Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Call of The Chosen One, a turning point occurs when two characters switch allegiances. While there are many turning points in all seven seasons of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Season 1 introduces one that is particularly important. On Tatooine, Qui-Gon Jinn has a conversation with Anakin Skywalker and discovers that he is The Chosen One.

In Episode 4, Obi-Wan began his journey to Tatooine with R2D2 and C3PO. In Episode 5, they face their first obstacle: dangerous Tusken Raiders on Tatooine. After a close call, they arrive in Mos Eisley in episode 6 where they continue their journey to find Darth Vader.
