Well, if you can believe it, we’ve already finished our regularly scheduled NFL season games and we’re onto the playoffs. It’s week 18 which marks the end of the new 17-game schedule. Here’s where your teams stand and what the playoffs are looking like.
AFC League
Who Made It?
The Tennessee Titans (12-5) are champions of the AFC South. They clinched the No. 1 seed against the Texans, edging out the Chiefs. This gets them the lone along with a home-field advantage in the playoffs.
Kansas City Chiefs (12-5) are champions of the AFC West. Beating out the Broncos gave them the No. 2 seed but they are defending Superbowl champs.
Buffalo Bills (11-6) are champions of the AFC East. They won their division at home over the Jets.
Cincinnati Bengals (10-7) are champions of the AFC North.
Las Vegas Raiders (10-7) finished second place in the AFC West. They earned their playoff spot with the overtime game against the Chargers.
New England Patriots (10-7) took second place in the AFC East. They already lost the title spot when the Bills beat the Jets.
Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7-1) took second place in the AFC North. Ben Roethlisberger doesn’t have to say goodbye just yet.

Who Made It?
Green Bay Packers (13-4) are champions in the NFC North. They repeated their win totals from the previous two seasons and clinched the No. 1 seed, the lone bye, and the home field advantage.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (13-4) are champions in the NFC South. The Rams losing to the 49ers and the Buccaneers beating the Panthers got them the No. 2 seed.
Dallas Cowboys (12-5) are champions in the NFC East. The Cowboys beat the Eagles after a previous week loss to the Cardinals. And edged out the Rams with their conference-record tiebreaker.
Los Angeles Rams (12-5) are champions in the NFC West. But with losing the No. 2 seed, they now need to play a third game against the Cardinals.
Arizona Cardinals (11-6) took second place in the NFC West. The loss to the Seahawks cost them the division win. But they’ll get the wild card spot and a rematch with the Rams.
San Francisco 49ers (10-7) took third place in the NFC West.
Philadelphia Eagles (9-8) took second place in the NFC East. After already clinching a wild card spot, they did rest some of their players last week.
