By the final day, the team is hopeful for Madolyn's approval to propel their efforts forward, but she remains elusive. Madolyn stays steadfast in her pursuit of 'it,' a concept she can't define yet. Chad grows increasingly worried about the looming deadline and fears that failure could spell the end for Madolyn's legacy.

Meanwhile, Ben's relationship with Marco is strained. He accuses Marco of toying with his feelings following the discovery of Parker's involvement. Despite Britt's advice to patch things up, Ben is too hurt to entertain the idea.

Marco, on the other hand, is noticeably gloomy, causing concern for his mother, Julie. Avoiding a potential encounter with Parker, he refrains from visiting the cafe downstairs. But, Julie pushes him to confront his fears. On his reluctant trip to the café, he encounters an apologetic Parker. He refuses to forgive him despite his sincere efforts.

Simultaneously, Chad approaches Venetia in an attempt to persuade her to influence Madolyn. Despite Chad's blackmail involving her prospective employment at Revlon, Venetia stands firm in her trust for Madolyn. Throughout all this, Teddy remains by Madolyn's side, providing his insightful advice and steadfast support.

Venetia begins to question her faith in Madolyn, triggered by Chad's assertions and her fear of the company's demise. However, Madolyn's new updates offer a glimmer of hope. As Chad's frustration culminates into a full-blown strike, the rest of the team persistently work on perfecting the campaign.

Venetia takes a proactive step and suggests Madolyn's involvement in modeling alongside the drag queen model she selected. Concurrently, Mykynnleigh proposes to Venetia a backup plan, which is initially dismissed but eventually makes Venetia reconsider.

Marco, in his effort to mend bridges with Ben, ends up revealing his feelings about Parker, leading to an intimate encounter. Parallel to these events, Madolyn struggles to capture the perfect campaign vibe with the models. This pushes Venetia to request Britt to prepare a backup plan in case of Madolyn's failure.

While Chad continues his strike, Julie tries to make him introspect about his reasons for being in the company. Unfortunately, Madolyn remains indifferent to Chad's actions, leading him to continue his one-man protest.

As Madolyn scrambles to salvage the situation, a conversation between Teddy and James reveals Teddy's platonic and professional relationship with Madolyn, alleviating James' insecurities. After a tense interaction between Venetia and Britt, Venetia discloses her backup plan to Madolyn. This results in a moment of epiphany where they realize the missing element of their campaign – recreating Madolyn's magical experience at a gay bar.

Despite a few hitches, the team successfully completes the campaign, with Chad ending his strike and rejoining the effort. The campaign is a hit, featuring Madolyn's first modeling gig in 20 years. This landmark event sparks promotions and celebrations within the team.

With the campaign's success, Chad reveals his plans to leave the company post-sale. Concurrently, Marco and Ben reconcile their differences, resulting in an intimate night. The next morning, Marco finds his favorite drag queen waiting in his room with an apologetic bouquet from Parker, leaving him with a difficult choice.

In conclusion, every character is tangled in their web of complex relationships and professional dilemmas. This episode demonstrates how pivotal communication is in personal and professional life, and how it can influence the choices we make. As the characters navigate through these trials, the question remains – what choices will they make in the face of adversity and their personal desires?
