In Emily in Paris Season 3 Episode 10, Gabriel really embraces his restaurant ownership. After being promoted, he is renovating the facility. Gabriel named his business after Camille's hateful grandmother Gigi. She blatantly bonds with Emily when she arrives. Camille invites Emily, Alfie, Mindy, and Nicolas to her engagement party when she is having a tough conversation with Gigi in Gabriel's house. Julien informs coworkers of his encounter with the British suit brand Turner & Ascot. He also says he will make the pitch deck.

Emily wants the office to get a Michelin star like Gabriel, but Sylvie says they can't help because the inspectors are untraceable. Luc knows one! Luc's ex-partner is often a Michelin inspector. Marianne was his ex-girlfriend until he disclosed she was an inspector. He texts Marianne to prove his secrecy while Emily has lunch with Mindy.
When Emily and Mindy eat lunch, we know enough time has gone. Nico's social life bothers Mindy. Camille and Sofia distract them at lunch. Emily visits their table to meet them. Despite Camille's efforts to stop things, Sofia says she'll visit Paris often.
After leaving the restaurant, Mindy changes her advice to Emily to stay away. Mindy advises Emily to tell Gabriel about Sofia now that Camille and Gabriel are engaged.
Camille arrives in the diner wearing her fiancé's grandmother's engagement ring, which she dislikes. Alfie, Emily, and Mindy dine without Nicolas. Alfie tells Mindy about Nicolas and Emily at the job resigning party as Emily intervenes in the kitchen with the Michelin assessor. Mindy apologizes to Emily after being doubtful.
After dinner, Mindy accuses Nicolas of having "a pissing match" with Emily and advises him to "think hard" before leaving.
Julien's pitch goes well until Emily takes over the next day at work. Julien finally snaps, “Do you have an off switch?” Sylvie promises to fix Emily and make Julien happy. He sends an odd email that evening suggesting he join a new agency.
While we wait for Nicolas, Gabriel, and Camille's engagement party arrives, Emily shows up, and Mindy disappears. She is at home patiently waiting for a reply from Nicolas, who stopped responding after their dispute. Despite appearing to meet and attend the party together, he's not keeping his half of the arrangement. Nico is hopelessly behind when Benoit arrives. He tells Mindy that he submitted their music to Eurovision, so she couldn't use it to sell the sunscreen ad. He informs her they entered. After leaving the restaurant, Mindy changes her advice to Emily to stay away. Mindy advises Emily to tell Gabriel about Sofia now that Camille and Gabriel are engaged.
After coming from outside, Emily orders a drink and overhears Camille discussing "figuring things out." She asks whether Sofia was on the line and says she saw them making out. Camille adds, “Our secrets keep us close”. Sofia was a "fling" that ended. “Just like you and Gabriel, right?” she keeps asking Emily. Camille leaves Emily's concerns behind.
Luc calls Emily to tell her Gabriel is nearing a Michelin star. After Emily pulls Gabriel aside to tell him, Camille watches their emotions. Gabriel returns to tell his fiancée about the star's accomplishment and proposes that they get married that night.
Camille sobs as the couple vows. “You don't have to do this,” she whispers between vows. Camille claims Gabriel and Emily were always in love. Camille's departure from Gabriel's wedding strains Alfie and Emily's relationship. “I'm nobody's second choice,” Alfie says, dumping Emily.
Emily and Gabriel meet secretly. She explains that she has always loved him, but she believed she was morally upholding the deal. Camille is pregnant.
Laurent is opening a private club in Paris. He says that Sylvie can help him attract fashionistas. As they dance through Parisian streets and Sylvie says, “I don't know what to do with all this happiness,” Laurent reveals that his secret investor is Louis de Léon.
