What’s more romantic than a day at the races?
This episode kicks things up a notch with a heated face-off between Anthony and Kate. It seems this protective older sister is quite intent on preventing a match between the viscount and her sister. Competition brings out the best (or the worst) in the two as they bicker over which horse will win.
But what’s going on with our other characters?
Eloise makes a discovery that puts her one step ahead in her hunt for Lady Whistledown.
The eldest three brothers bond over fencing and Anthony seeks their advice for pursuing his courtship with Miss Edwina.
Can Anthony win her over, despite Kate’s disapproval? By the end of the episode, it seems we may have our answer. Lady Danbury organizes a unique opportunity for the young men of the Tonne to show their affection for the young ladies of the season, and Anthony certainly makes an impression.
If you were on the fence about continuing your Netflix binge, this episode is definitely worth the watch! And once you start, it seems you just can’t stop watching. (Seriously; beware how addicting the show gets!)
Fun fact, the Bridgerton children’s names follow alphabetical order: Anthony, Benedict, Colin, Daphne, Eloise, Francesca, Gregory, and Hyacinth. (And with the original book series, each Bridgerton has their own story!)
