Bosch: Legacy Season 1 Episode 8 Recap

Multiple cases are heading toward a conclusion in Bosch: Legacy season 1, episode 8. Check out our recap of the episode.

Bosch: Legacy

The opening scene of “Bloodline” is a flashback to when Bosch was trying to find his own father. Due to his past, the Vance case has always resonated with him, and the fact that he is now so close to unlocking the question of who should inherit Vance’s inheritance is bringing it all back to him.

After James Sharp and Nicole Davis were shot, an officer-involved shooting inquiry was launched. Sharp and Davis both perished in the incident. Kalon, Nicole’s surviving son, is offered Rose & Associates’ legal services by Marty and Honey.

Lawyers are lining up to represent Nicole Davis’ family in a wrongful death lawsuit against the LAPD on the other side of the incident. When Chandler learns that a civil lawsuit would be filed, she becomes determined to land the Davis family as her upcoming client. She quickly discovers that Detective Morrison was quite intimately connected with them, to the point where his conduct could be questioned, when they go over to the home to present their case to the family. Chandler makes a strong case despite her reluctance to act, and before they go, she and Marty are able to land the Davis family as a customer.

In order for Gabriela to introduce Bosch to her daughter and grandchild, Bosch is traveling to see her. Due to his efforts to be stealthy and elude all of the eyes that have barely wavered off of him since Vance’s death, he arrives in a less traditional manner than you might anticipate. Vibiana, Gabriela’s daughter, is initially resistant to the concept that her biological grandfather was trying so hard to find her, but when she discovers that if a DNA match can be made, she would be entitled to an inheritance of billions, her resistance changes to shock.
