In a dramatic turn of events, Seol-ah unveils a compelling collection of evidence to Chairman Ryu. He exposes the shocking misdeeds of his child and Cheonmyeong. The Chairman is horrified as he realizes the extent of his son's actions, considering he originally devised the Air Cores to aid people.

Driven by a sense of responsibility, Chairman Ryu bestows upon the President the power to oversee the supply and distribution of oxygen. He hopes to thwart Ryu Seok's nefarious plans. Meanwhile, a surprising revelation emerges. Grandpa and Chairman Ryu had formed an unlikely alliance during their time at Cheonmyeong. They remain acquainted until the moment of the Chairman's departure.

In a gripping sequence, an unexpected twist unfolds as the Defense Minister arrives to apprehend Ryu Seok. Instead of submitting to custody, Ryu Seok ruthlessly eliminates his guards, displaying a chilling disregard for life. Desperate to force his father's hand and resolve the dire situation directly, Ryu Seok points his father's firearm at his head. Yet, tragically, the Defense Minister takes matters into his own hands. He delivers a fatal shot that mercilessly ends Chairman Ryu's life.

Ryu Seok's strategic plan advances to a new stage. He prepares to execute a coup amidst the government's control. Subsequently, his focus shifts to targeting the President. Furthermore, Ryu Seok implements a drastic measure. He halts all oxygen supplies until 5-8 and the remaining team members are apprehended. This effectively puts a reward on their heads.

The success of Ryu Seok's scheme becomes evident as anyone who underwent a medical examination or received a vaccination meets a fatal fate. This realization prompts Grandpa to urgently contact 4-1, who promptly initiates an alert.

In the aftermath of the Deliverymen's triumphant efforts to distribute the vaccines, a tragic incident unfolds as Useless falls victim to the chaotic crossfire. Overwhelmed with grief, Sa-Wol cradles Useless as he takes his last breath. In his final moments, Useless desperately implores Sa-wol to flee but consumed by sorrow, Sa-Wol fails to heed the plea and subsequently gets abducted.

Seol-ah and her Intelligence Command team up with 5-8 and the Deliverymen to infiltrate the Core District, utilizing the designs created by Grandpa and Chairman Ryu. They form multiple teams and jointly launch an attack on the capital. 4-1's team eliminates Mr. Oh, while Seol-ah apprehends the Defense Minister on treason charges. Meanwhile, 5-8 embarks on a mission to rescue Sa-Wol.

Ryu Seok enacts a scheme to deprive refugees of security, stability, and access to clean oxygen within the Air Core. In a partially conscious state, Sa-wol creates a diversion to give 5-8 a crucial opportunity to shoot Ryu Seok. The plan proves successful, resulting in Ryu Seok's demise.

With the Air Core explosion, Ryu Seok, the Cheonmyeong group, and members of the capital building all meet their end. However, Sa-wol, the refugees, 5-8, and Seol-ah escape.

In a groundbreaking move, the President dismantles the hierarchical system represented by QR codes and commits to building a society that upholds fairness for all. Three months later, as the skies above the Korean Peninsula finally begin to clear, 5-8 and Sa-Wol remain, dedicated Deliverymen, their bond stronger than ever.
